Context:

After users passed pre‑qualification, the next challenge was collecting identity documents and verifying financials. Manual uploads and back-and-forth email verification slowed conversions. The client needed a faster, cleaner way to onboard users while meeting compliance standards.

What We Built:

Secure account creation & resume logic
Applicants could create accounts tied to earlier funnel stages, pause progress, and return later without data loss.

Mobile-optimized document upload
ID and supporting docs (e.g., driver's license, proof of income) were uploaded directly via phone camera or file upload with progress indicators.

Finicity Connect integration
Users logged into their bank using Finicity’s secure widget to pull recent transaction and account data automatically.

Internal admin dashboard
Loan officers could monitor application progress, check document uploads, and validate bank data in real time.
