About you: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter located in US to help our sales team expand our footprint in the United States. This role is ideal for those with a background in sales and are looking for a flexible, yet rewarding opportunity. The Appointment Setter prospects and qualifies leads for new accounts to add to our growing portfolio of clients exclusively within United States.

Our ideal candidate is someone with high energy, a passion for marketing technology and process improvement, curiosity about the industry and a demonstrated ability to set up highly qualified appointments.

Mamble helps well-positioned, marketing-led companies scale their business by designing, building and operating their product & growth infrastructure through cross-functional teams. We are based in Yerevan, Armenia and support clients all over the world.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform research to identify potential targets for new business development within United States.
  • Develop outreach email, phone and social media campaigns.
  • Schedule appointments with potential clients for our sales team.
  • Achieve established meeting goals, record progress and provide actionable feedback.

What we are looking for:

  •  Proven experience in appointment setting, with the ability to navigate gatekeepers within the United States.
  • Experience in growth marketing is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within the IT industry, specifically for Lead Generation businesses, is highly desirable.
  • Resilience to handle rejections.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset and a disciplined working habit.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


  • Generous commission structure for setting successful appointments and bonus on sale by the sales team.
  • This is a contractor position, offering the flexibility to work with other companies or clients.

Additional notes:

  • As an independent contractor, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule.
  • Contractor will provide his or her own computer equipment and ensure the environment is suitable for making phone calls.
  • Contractor can work from anywhere in the United States with preference to the Eastern Time Zone.
