As a Recruiter/HR Coordinator at Mamble, you will play a vital role in attracting top talent and supporting HR functions. The main scope of work will include assisting the Human Resource Management direction with various administrative tasks and supporting talent acquisition efforts. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about contributing to a positive work culture.

What we are looking for:

  •  Proven experience in recruitment or HR-related roles, preferably in the IT sphere, showcasing your talent acquisition strategies and successful candidate placements
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks and ensure seamless recruitment and HR processes
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to identify exceptional candidates who align with our organization's values and goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members
  • Tech-savviness and adaptability to utilize various HR software and tools efficiently
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Experience in coordinating organizational and office management activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Proficiency in handling administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and preparing HR-related documents
  • A proactive approach, taking initiatives to improve recruitment processes and contribute to HR functions effectively.
